Really uncool >_>

While I was gone, either there was a bot that actually figured out how to read my script and answer it properly (VERY UNLIKELY) or some asshole is trying to be funny (MUCH MORE LIKELY). All of the messages that look like the first one in this post, aside from that comment itself, have been put on queue. The fact that this first version of the comment appeared on the post titled "Bots going a little crazy" gives me great suspicion that it's a person and not a bot.

If you're the asshole who made the comments, go ahead and do it more, it'll prove you're a human. Oh, and I have no problem blocking dynamic IP addresses if that's what you have. It's called IP range blocking, and it's as simple as 1, 2, 3. I'll be reading through my server logs momentarily to track all activity by the person who decided to annoy me.

EDIT: OKAY! As I thought, whatever it is, is using different IP addresses.

Here's the list of its IP addresses so far.

76.24.51.57
88.191.66.83
63.253.158.220
205.213.195.70
80.96.219.12
115.119.35.195
62.2.216.204
94.183.195.86

It's always using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 with Windows XP. I know this due to its user agent "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)"

If it is indeed a bot, it could be faking its user agent. My main problem with this possible bot is the fact that I DON'T ALLOW LINKING! That should make the possible bot leave because it's not going to be able to link or find any exploits here. I work in the php security field and have extensive experience with this bullcrap, so leave me alone. I need a moderator...or...bot sensor...he he he...bye bot an hour. I already figured out a way. Actually, right when I wrote that I figured out an even easier way and wrote this message I just wrote. Look below!

INTERNET EXPLORER 6 IS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO POST COMMENTS!

UPDATE 2/25/10 1:27PM: The bot/person comments stopped right after I implemented the Internet Explorer 6 block. Ha...

T-ACT Engine (a.k.a. NRG's TGM)

This one I really need to write about, since I'm writing about all of my projects today. Just like a lot of my projects, the build I have for download here (build 120) was a pre-real build project that was to show what the real program will end up being like. Also, due to my other computer dying, there is no way currently for me to retrieve the old data.

T-ACT Engine is a Tactical Game Engine made, in a way, as a tribute to Simulation RPG Maker 95. Think of it as a much more advanced Simulation RPG Maker 95, but still, it's design reflects RPG Maker XP and VX as well as features from Simulation RPG Maker 95. I also have an awesome spriter who's site I host here. So in return for free hosting, I just ask for a few things like some icons of stuff every so often.

The program is only being written by one person, me. So development is not super quick or anything, so don't expect anything marvelous in a year. Expect still basic things in a year, because it's just not as easy as it sounds. However, I may later have help as my brother has learned a bit and I hope learns more to eventually be able to contribute things for me.

Okay, that's the basic overview of T-ACT Engine for all who didn't know what it was.

NRG's PHP Obfuscater and Encoder

Wow, this one is one of my favorite older things that I've made. To be frank, it was written terribly before I had made the deep-reader class file. It also uses, now deprecated function, split. Which is kinda funny, 'cause I always use explode or preg_split now. Whatever the case, this is a pre-version 1 which stopped development at 0.8.5d. I don't think the version I uploaded here is 0.8.5d. I think it's older, but, I don't care. 'Cause the real version in development uses the deep-reader class and is extremely complex. So anyways, you can download the project from here http://nrgs.org/dev/packer/
