It was upgraded for me!  And this is its speed with me playing an MMORPG (Massively Multiplier Online Roll Playing Game, if you didn't know).

Here are some test results which I believe had an error...

My new connection.



Though the download reaches up to 19000kb/s (approx. 1900kB/s or 1.9mB/s [Or something like that, I confused myself]) and the upload reaches up to 2500kb/s (approx. 250kB/s or 0.25mB/s).

Can you guess which one of those was a screw up by the speed reader?
